So, I just have to say. I was at my LGS tonight and decided to buy a korean Fate Reforged box and holy crap....
Pulled a foil Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Monastery Mentor, Brutal Hordechief, Warden of the First Tree, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, and Flamewake Phoenix
I was very happy to say the least, just needed to share!
Yeah, was a great night. I am debating on selling it or not. looks like they gor for $200-300. Its pretty bad ass though. any thoughts? just not sure

Sell it. It's not that the price won't hold up, but you may have trouble finding a buyer after the hype dies down, as there's a pretty small pool of people into that stuff. You don't want to run into a situation where you need 300 bucks, and then have to wait a month to turn it over.
If you're a collector (like me, yay!) and don't need the money, there's no reason not to hold onto it. Just be warned that taking care of foils can be more taxing than normal cards, due to the fact that they warp in contact with the air (due to ambient moisture.) I would suggest double sleeving the card, making sure to press all the air inside out, and put the binder containing it in a small drawer with a few of those silica packets It's worked for me so far.

You really think the non-foils are gonna bomb? I am still kinda back and forth on that. I can see that he may have a rough time in standard but man he is awesome.

It doesn't really have much to do with how the cards do in standard/eternal.
The market for alternate language is dominated by a want for foils, not no-foils. Non-foil alternate language cards tend to be more difficult to sell off, as anyone who wants one likely wants a foil one.
If you can get a good price for it now, while the hype has still inflated the buyer's market, sell it. It will take care of a lot of headache in the long run. If you do not have an Ugin, and need one for a deck, there's no reason not to use it.
But if the non foil is just going to sit in your binder...

Ah, got ya. I thought you were referring to all non-foil Ugin's. Not just the Korean in particular.

All non foil Ugins will take a bit of a dive eventually, Imo. There's always massive hype as a set is released. Garruk, Apex Predator was once above 20 bucks, you know.
He'd (Ugin) have to do extremely well in a tournament for the hype to last. If you can sell him for 30, do it. It's the safest thing.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon will still drop no matter what language hes in, hes sweet but not insane so he isn't really going to be played anywhere apart from EDH, standard and possibly modern, which will mean he will most probably settle at around $15.

The exception to this rule being the Alt. art version which will keep/slowly rise in price due to it's rarity and collectibility, which gives it value that does not get impacted by his performance in any meta.
