Any practical use for ignorant bliss?

Just wondering if anyone can think of any uses for Ignorant Bliss . It's an interesting card. I know its used with the hellbent mechanic, however the mechanic itself is kind of bad and there are few good cards. Just wanted to see if I could build around this card in any other way.
I guess it could be used against something like Thoughtseize
Hopefully this is in the right forum, didn't seem to match any of the other forums.
It can be used against Thoughtseize and other hand disruption. It can also be used with something like Ensnaring Bridge . There are also a lot of Rakdos cards that get bonuses if you have no cards in hand, and a few from the Kamigawa block that have similar effects. So it gives you a way to get all of those bonuses without permanently losing your hand. Its also a cantrip, which is relatively rare in red.

Okay, thats awesome. Time to build some casual deck around that! Although it probably would still result in me discarding down to 7. Doubt I'd have much mana left.

Well, you use the Reforge the Soul and Ignorant Bliss to "filter" your hand.

I've actually seen a lot of decks use it. I can't think of any right now of course, but some combo decks in legacy use it.
