Hidden Dragonslayer or Silumgar Assassin in Block Constructed?

Hello! My playgroup is having a casual block constructed tournament in a few weeks, and I've decided that I'd like to play Khans block G/U morph, with a splash of either W or B for Hidden Dragonslayer / Silumgar Assassin, as my removal is a little lacking.
I know that Hidden Dragonslayer is generally the better card, but it comes with a downside in my mana base: if I run Hidden Dragonslayer, I'd have to run Evolving Wilds for the W splash, while if I use Silumgar Assassin, I gain access to Opulent Palace. (I know, I know, I can use Flooded Strand, but I can't afford it, so it's not an option.)
In addition, I feel comfortable with the rest of the deck where it is, so please don't suggest any other changes, such as adding more Den Protectors or Deathmist Raptors.
Given that, which card should I run, Hidden Dragonslayer or Silumgar Assassin?
