Help with a couple cuts.

Welcome to my Nightmare Deck for reference.
I make cuts based on weak cards over long periods of time. and in prep for this new set ive been trying to find cuts. but im in a rut. Everything seems to have its place within the deck but i still want the new stuff added.
Ive got what i might cut down to 4 cards and they're all about equal in my eyes power level wise (Clearly serving different purposes though)
As for things im making the room for initially i just wanted to add an Oath of Liliana but i was also traded a foil Distended Mindbender and hes kind of amazing.
So now that ive explained my position i have a few questions:
Given you had to pick two of the listed four, which two would you cut? (imagine its a mandatory pick, even if you feel the four in question are better than the two being added)
Given you where looking at the whole list, what two cards would you cut? (Again, imagine you HAVE to pick two. as they're definitely going in even if its just for testing purposes)

Thanks Busse, i decided on a couple cards a few days after with a local friends help. Given no one on tappedout wanted to help before my next commander night.
Ended up cutting Carrion Feeder and Withered Wretch.
Made even more changes this week and coincidentally both of the new cards where cut lol.

Of your 4 possible cards you showed, I'd cut Carrion Feeder and Increasing Ambition. Diabolic Intent is pretty versatile, and the Dread Return can even be used to return your commander from the GY.
I am making this analysis thinking in a vacuum, just considering the implications of each card. It obviously depends on the meta and your personal view.
