Urza's Armor is a good back up for Manabarbs. I like the land punishment haha.

Are you running Mana Leak because it would cause them to use lands? XD some other spells would be worth considering that are similar like Convolute and Mindstatic

Personal Sanctuary is hilarious. Interesting angle on Zedruu, although people would probably not want to play with me if I showed up with this. I like your style! Do you think you might need a few ways to get Sanctuary back if it's destroyed, like Mistveil Plains + Wild Research ?
