The goal of this deck is to hit 8 mana, drop a Stormcaller (kicked if possible), then kick a Cacophony to mill most of the opponent’s library. Then, you can pop off another cacophony to finish them off.

This is why you don’t give me mill. Or ramp. Or mtg cards.

I am sad though that you can’t mill the entire library. I’ll test on arena next week, but I believe it counts the library’s cards as it resolves.
