Large, large update.

As a grixis delver pilot, I would like to point out a few things:1) Inquisition/Thoughtseize are almost always in the sideboard to bring in against combo/tron. Seeing them maindecked is rare. 2) Grixis will almost always Thought Scour before dumping a tasigur/angler, so if you see that when playing them beware (in temur colors it will usually be Hooting Mandrills instead)3) Pillar of flame does not see play in Grixis variants and I see no reason it would in the others, but I have little experience with them4) Monastery swiftspear only sees play in delver decks currently that are hyperaggressive (burn over counters), with the possible exception of U/R delver (which I have not seen anywhere).

I think it's safe to put bloom titan into the tier 1 category. It currently is the 9th most played deck at large events according to modernnexus, at 4.1% of the meta. Urzatron and merfolk should probably be put into tier 1 as well. Maybe separate the tron into U tron and g/r tron?

goblin is a legit strategy

Goblin sure is legit, but not viable as a strategy (or a very rogue Tier 3).

The fact is, you're playing a downgraded version of another deck (Naya Burn, RDW, etc.) just to be in a Tribal theme.

Collected Elves has more chances of seeing competitive play than Goblins for the moment.

But it's still a cheap and powerful deck to play in FNMs.

If you want Goblins in this Primer, I want Bant Control, Nightfall and even Slivers to be there too. These decks are powerful, but not powerful enough to win consistently against the best decks of the format, that's why I agree with the authors' decision not to put them in.

More can be put in.

elves actually does see competitive play. goblins does not

Suppression Field is pretty good for SBing vs BG/x.

Hinders both Liliana of the Veil and manlands.

AND it basilly shuts down Living End... Or at least slows them down a lot if they have removal (Beast Within)

I didn't know this card existed before I got my ass kicked by it at the last Modern tournament my LGS held XD

Edits to the primer will be done over the week. Twin and eldrazi will both be added. The tier section will most likely need to be reworked, but only when we have a better idea of what the meta will turn out to be.

I'm not sure where it would stand among the tiers, but is there a chance you could do a section on Dredgevine decks?

I'm thinking about building a Modern CoCo Elves deck but noticed that there wasn't a description under the Top Decks tab. Can you just not find anyone do it or is it not competitive enough?

Elves is a pretty good deck and has had some moments in the sun. It should be added really. As should dredgevine.

All of the decks are outshined by Eldrazi at the moment though.

Eldrazi will be added soon. I'll add dredgevine as well. Does anyone know anyone that regularly plays dredgevine? I'm a little behind updating this since taking it over because college got super busy. I have to grade papers for one of my teachers, which takes forever.
