added Tezzeret, Artifice Master . At first I was very against this card - another planeswalker? We dont need to dilute the deck down at all. However , in testing this card is basically reads 3UU - draw two extra cards every turn since this deck has metalcraft activated basically all the time. That might seem like an expensive initial investment, but it actually makes the deck a lot more consistent being able to just draw extra cards. The + ability isnt the best in the world here ( we really have no use for a 1/1 thopter aside from blocking ) however the ultimate is amazing and you can just win the game with it . I do not however see the ultimate going off in a game considering the loyalty cost so for now I am happy with drawing 2 extra cards per turn and helping to keep the deck consistent until the combo turn
sai master thopterist was on the radar as well, however in testing I found that it wasnt very good considering we need to continually dump mana in to draw cards and creating more thopter tokens isnt what this deck wants.
u_wot_m8 i had considered him for my list aswell! though jhoira in the zone seems redundant enough especially if you run Command Beacon and Riddlesmith seems to slot in nicer with this decks silly low curve.. at least thats my 2 cents :P

yea I had it in the deck previously and while its nice to have 2 jhoiras out or to have another jhoira to cast in case yours died I feel like those are corner cases and most times it just ends up clogging up your hand and not getting played. Id rather have more gas , an interaction piece or a combo piece

Seeing as you run a lot more instant/sorceries than I do (I went full on "Jhoirios"), Inspiring Statuary could do wonders possibly. Makes any artifact into a colorless mana rock for non-artifacts.

Sai seems good but I’m not sure what he really brings to the table here. Having a few blockers isn’t that crucial, the card drawing part is sweet. I will definitely test it out but I doubt it will stick around in my list. It does seem good with krark clan ironworks however.

Vedalken Archmage. Why not have a second Jhoira?
