Okay, addressing the elephant in the room since the All Will Be One spoilers dropped - Solphim, Mayhem Dominus is obviously an amazing commander for this deck.

Too amazing. Like, obvious-threat and target-you-first amazing. I might just be sentimental about Hazoret, but I'm gonna keep Solphim in the 99 for now. At least that makes the Solphim, Mayhem Dominus + Heartless Hidetsugu win at least a little less boringly consistent (and makes for a fun Shifting Shadow gamble).

The cost of that inclusion, however, is Runehorn Hellkite. A card that was never that amazing off Shifting Shadow, but one of the lynchpins of my beloved Molten Psyche strategy. However, too many creatures ruin the roulette, so sacrifices have to be made. To compensate, I'm putting Wheel of Fortune back in, price be damned. Reforge the Soul is obviously a more budget option if you would prefer not to proxy or spend that much money on a single card.

Once again, I haven't actually done a whole lot of testing, but I've cooled on Storm King's Thunder, March of Reckless Joy, Structural Assault and Smoke Spirits' Aid. Spiteful Repossession didn't even make it to testing. The artifact removal slot (I really should have a few more) is now being taken by Red Sun's Twilight for obvious reasons. Delayed Blast Fireball is another recent card which earns a place fairly easily. Big Score is a bit of a flex slot - I like the combination of card draw and ramp in this deck but we'll see how it plays.

It feels like WoTC has been leaning into EDH burn lately. There are so many ways to do significant asymmetrical damage now that I wonder if the damage prevention is really needed to make this kind of deck work. Still, I've spent so long tinkering with this deck that I'm rather attached to its core strategy, so I'll leave it to others to build more efficient burn options.
