I own this deck in real life, still play it. I built it some years ago, decided to give it some TLC and a couple updates. I added 2x Orbweaver Kumo and Traproot Kami . Adding those cards and lowering Feast of Worms and Rootrunner by 2 each really improved the deck.

The idea for the deck came from receiving Blood Clock in a random box I ordered years ago. Months later i ran across a discussion online about Umbilicus .

The basic premise of the deck is to force your opponent to return more and more permanats he/she controls to their hand every turn. There are spirit and Arcane triggers to draw a card, look at top 4, play an extra land. I know this deck looks really simple to pilot. It's not easy to pilot, knowing which trigger you want when, what you want to return and how many.

It is budget friendly! Thank for checking out the deck.
