Update —Oct. 26, 2014
Added Akroma, Angel of Fury by swapping out Dictate of the Twin Gods. Going to see how I like that swap. I feel like most the angels I have serve a purpose.
Thanks very much for the hint to Cryptic Gateway that should help me out also. Akroma, Angel of Fury is en route to me currently and I was going to wait for the reprint later this year of Akroma, Angel of Wrath to pick that one up.

Perhaps add some cards like Hall of Triumph , Obelisk of Urd , Door of Destinies and maybe Adaptive Automaton ?

Out of those suggestions only Door of Destinies is in my deck. I felt that +1/+1 isnt enough to take up a card slot in my deck.

Since you've got Quicksilver and Belbes.. Akroma, Angel of Wrath or Akroma, Angel of Fury and I think you'd love Cryptic Gateway
