With mass removal do players choose the order in which the permanents are placed within the graveyard?

for example:
Bob has 5 creatures in play. 4 of them are artifact creatures, and one is the Disciple of the Vault . His opponent Joe casts Wrath of God . Can bob choose the order in which those creatures are moved to the graveyard, which could potientally allow him to place the 4 artifact creatures in the graveyard first and triggering off the Disciple of the Vault ability before finally moving to the graveyard as well.

All creatures are placed into the graveyard simultaneously but they also see each other dying. Disciple of the Vault will trigger for all 4 artifact creatures even though they all leave the battlefield at the same time.

No, with a caveat. Upon resolution of Wrath of God all creatures go to the graveyard at the same time, there is no order to it. However, when multiple things change zones simultaneously they each "see" each other move for the purposes of triggered abilities. So Disciple of the Vault will trigger 4 times in your example but there is no ordering.

If instead say you had 4 Disciple of the Vault out and a Mycosynth Lattice you would get a total of 16 triggers after a Wrath of God because 4 Disciple of the Vault each saw 4 artifacts go to the graveyard from play.
