Torbran, Thane of Red Fell + Impact Tremors

Just checking if Torbran, Thane of Red Fell's effect adds on to Impact Tremors when he ETB's? So when he comes in he triggers for 3 damage or 1 damage?
Similar question with Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Altar of the Brood. Does Bruvac the Grandiloquent only trigger 1 mill or 2 with Altar of the Brood already in play?

Both Impact Tremors and Altar of the Brood are Enter the Battlefield-triggers, meaning when Torbran or Bruvac resolves, and is put on the battlefield, the trigger is created (the creature is in play at this point). Then, when the trigger resolves, replacement effects are checked, the trigger sees the creature in play, and edits damage/milling accordingly.
So yes, Torbran deals 3 damage to each opponent with Impact Tremors in play, and Bruvac makes each opponent mill 2 with Altar of the Brood in play.
