Timing interaction between Tergrid, God of Fright Flip and Planar Void

My confusion is in the wording of Tergrid, God of Fright Flip, which appears to trigger on a sacrifice or discard, versus triggering on the cards/permanents hitting the graveyard. Then it requires the cards to come from the graveyard. So does Planar Void exile cards before Tergrid can pull them out, or do the Tergrid and Planar Void triggers hit at the same time, allowing me to stack them in any order...? The goal is to exile the non-permanent cards that get discarded.

They're both triggered abilities that trigger at the same time. If you control both Tergrid and Planar Void, you control both triggers and can order them as you wish.
