How Phyrexian Revoker is a good card?

I would just like this card clarified about its ability specifically and what it can be used for. Thanks!
@Rhadamanthus, How can Phyrexian Revoker can stop Elvish Mystic yet the ability of Azorius Guildmage can't.
Also can revoker prevent morph and planeswalkers abilities

Azorius Guildmage can't do it because it's impossible to target a mana ability, as they resolve immediately after being activated without using the stack. You don't ever get a chance to make a response. Phyrexian Revoker prevents an ability from being activated in the first place.
Morph isn't an activated ability, so no. Planeswalker abilities are activated abilities, and if you look closely you can see the " : " in-between the cost and the effect.

An activated ability is written as "Cost : Effect". This is the kind of ability that Phyrexian Revoker can stop.
Elvish Mystic has an activated ability. The "+1/+0" ability on Shivan Dragon is an activated ability, but the "Flying" ability isn't. Anafenza, the Foremost doesn't have any activated abilities. It might not be clear from some Equipment cards, but the Equip ability is activated. You can see this in the reminder text of ones like Brawler's Plate, but reminder text isn't always included (Chariot of Victory, etc.). Claim of Erebos gives the enchanted creature an activated ability (so you have to name the creature with Phyrexian Revoker if you want to stop the ability).
If you have any questions about the interaction with specific cards, go ahead and ask.
