How does Veyran work with Zada?

If I cast something like Traitorous Greed on Zada, Hedron Grinder with Veyran, Voice of Duality on the field, do I copy it twice for each creature?

Yes, Zada, Hedron Grinder 's ability will trigger twice, and you'll end up with two copies of Traitorous Greed for each other creature.

Also Veyran gets HUGE that turn (2/2, +2/+2 from Greed cast, +n/+n where n is FOUR TIMES the number of creatures Zada can copy it for, so with a modest 6 creatures total in play you get a 24/24 Veyran).
