exile + flip cards

What happens to Nissa, Sage Animist when she's Flickered or Flickerwisped or Skybinded? Will it return to the battlefield as a legendary creature or a planeswalker?

In an example like this, a card will return to the battlefield in its default state. For double-faced cards, this means the front face will be up. Nissa will return as Nissa, Vastwood Seer  ^Flip.

This is somewhat pedantic, but Nissa, Sage Animist is a double-faced card. A flip card is something like Nezumi Graverobber.

Unless an effect explicitly states otherwise, a card enters the battlefield in its default state (untapped, face up, unflipped). Nissa, Sage Animist is the back face of Nissa, Vastwood Seer  ^Flip and doesn't exist outside of the battlefield. The physical card's default state is Nissa, Vastwood Seer  ^Flip.
