You can't have two of the same planeswalker sub-type at the same time, as per the legend rule. In the case of Chandra Ablaze and Chandra Nalaar the planeswalker sub-type is Chandra. Same w/ the sub-type Sorin in Sorin Markov and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad . When you control more than one of the same legendary permanent or planeswalkers of the same sub-type, you choose as many of those permanents to be moved into the graveyard, until there is only one left. These permanents are not destroyed but simply moved to the graveyard, via state based actions.

Please bear in mind as well, that the Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule -IS- a different rule from the Legend Rule. They function identically in terms of how you react to Legendary Permanents of the same name and Planeswalkers of the same type, but a card such as Mirror Gallery won't effect Planeswalkers.

Yes, sorry. They are different rules but the function is the same.

nitpicking here, but one isn't "destroyed", but rather sent to the graveyard as a state-based action. This could be relevant if you're using Gideon, Champion of Justice , who can't be "destroyed"

You cannot have two of the same planes walker on the battlefield. The type: Plansewalker, doesn't matter but the names: Chandra, Jace, Koth, Nissa, etc. will count. If you have two planes walkers on the battlefield with the subtype: Chandra, then you'll have to destroy one, which will result in one having to hit the graveyard.
