Need help with pirate modern deck

A budget pirate deck that focuses on attacking as soon as possible. There are some elements of double strike and other types of evasion like menace. I would like to improve this deck to a high level casual deck that can holds it own. if you see any area that are lacking or can be improved let me know.

theres several pirates with cmc <=2 and flying. throw in Admiral Beckett Brass and Lightning Bolt , Fatal Push , Terminate .

It would be good to have a rough idea of what additional money you're wanting to throw towards the deck, so that people have a good idea of what to suggest. I see you have some expensive cards, like Metallic Mimic - but I've made a perhaps incorrect assumption that you're largely looking for cards costing under a dollar.
