Feedback on Modern Freeze

One of my favorite decks I played was a modified Tempest Deep Freeze deck. I thought, I'd love to build a similar deck in principle and keep it Modern Legal. So, I started on Bystander Mode Activate.

I'm not sure if it is fast enough for Modern though (meaning it establishes control fast enough); and I am struggling with good cards for the sideboard. I would love some input on both of those topics (including alternate cards to run, etc).

Note - I also like stealing permanents from my opponents (like Control Magic); but not sure what is available out there that is modern legal.

I have seen people playing Entrancing Melody in Modern to steal stuff, mainly Death's Shadow I think but could work for anything.

Vedalken Shackles is good for stealing, if you're playing blue anyway.

Threads of Disloyalty and Mind Control are the next ones on the list. Not the best, but Shackles was mentionned already so... :)
