Is Summoning Trap a viable sideboard option? I've begun to question it's usefulness...

are you running zoo? if so I'd say maybe. it seems a little underwhelming unless your playing gifts or something.

I ran it for a short while before realizing I was playing tribal and Cavern of Souls is a much better option. It's not amazing, but it's not bad either.

Gotcha. I'm running it against control. I'm thinking that Gaddock Teeg will be a more viable option, though. And even Chalice of the Void .

I had the hilarious thought of sideboarding Sigarda, Host of Herons + Maze of Ith against Show and Tell .
