I want to build a deck that can overpower speed decks. i have a vampire deck that works some of the time but its pb is that it can not get creatures out quick enough to defend equip creatures (equipments that have protection and raise the power and toughness of the creature being equip). i want a deck that can get around pbs like this its rather irritating.

Just to be clear, I'm not griping at you for putting this here rather than in the forums; it happens a lot, and this is easily moved. It's not even a big problem regardless. Just letting you know. =)

This really belongs in the forums, rather than the Q&A; we use the Q&A more for rules questions and things like that, with definitively right or wrong answers, rather than discussions like this.
That being said, I think the best thing I can tell you is to go and look up vampire decks here on T/O and other sites that have decklists. See what they have and what works for them.
Vampires tend to be aggressive, but they're not as hyperaggro as Kuldotha Red or Boros decks. Vamps rely on the synergy of their cards to carry them through, since many of their cards work so perfectly with one another. Look at those other decks and focus on improving card quality to tighten your deck up.
For a more specific answer to your question, Vampires is a black deck, which means it has access to better removal spells than any other color. Take advantage of this. Doom Blade , Go for the Throat and Disfigure are all great answers to the Blade-wielding Squadron Hawks; cast it on the hawk in response to to them equipping and you kill the 1/1 hawk before it gets the sword's +2/+2 and protection from black.
Gatekeeper of Malakir is basically a must-play for any mono-black, let alone vamps. Because it makes them sacrifice a creature and doesn't target, it gets around protection from black; if they only have one Hawk on the field, and they have it protected with Sword of Feast and Famine , a kicked Gatekeeper will make them bin it. Even if they have more than one hawk on the field, it still whittles down their forces.
Sideboarding in Vampire Nighthawk for some flying defense can help.
It would be a lot easier to help you tune your deck up if you have it loaded on the site. Have you done that? If so, provide a link and we can comment on the deck itself.
