Siding for Merfolk in Tarmo Twin

Hey Everyone,

I have been playing modern frequently with my Tarmo Twin deck the since GP Richmond.

Recently I have been really struggling with the Merfolk matchup. It seems like if I don't combo uninterrupted on turn 4, or drop multiple Tarmogoyf and Scavenging Ooze right out of the gate i'm done.

Here is my current decklist My Twin will ride her Goyf to Victory!

I usually side out all my Remand (because I hardly ever get to counter anything) in favor of Engineered Explosives , Anger of the Gods . And if I think they are going to bring in Torper Orb I also side in Ancient Grudge .

I believe the issue may be that you just aren't drawing your sideboard cards. The cards you are bringing in are certainly very powerful against Merfolk, and can usually win you the game when you play them, but you just aren't having luck drawing them. I wouldn't put in any specific cards just to deal with Merfolk, but if you want to an extra Threads of Disloyalty should do good work.
