Deck can be found here
I'm two cards over the limit and just have no idea what to cut anymore. Problem is I look at the list for too long then just think of all the uses certain cards have and actually lose sight of how good they are in relation to others, making them all seem like they're impossible to build the deck without. Because of this, a fresh pair of eyes(no need to remove them, saves on shipping) would really help.
Thanks in advance.
Interesting choices thehat. I had always considered the extra card draw from Reki to be helpful in theory, but I suppose the safest place for my answers is in the deck. I'll give it a go.
As for Darksteel Mutation, do you think it is better or worse than Lignify. Indestructible means it is gonna be very difficult for my opponent to get their commander back, but also means they have a really good blocker/voltron target. Lignify I suppose has the advantage of being Green in the event of Iona(because I'd be willing to bet any person who lands/steals Iona against me is gonna call white) but forces me to play around it if I want to keep their general out the game. Thoughts?

With the amount of blink and anti-enchantment out there I highly doubt that either would stay out for long. The only major different is the indestructible clause, preventing spot removal or boardwipe from auto-removing the enchantment. This means that if your opponent is not forced to burn a boardwipe or spot removal spell to remove an enchantment from their general (in the hypothetical where they have no other way to remove it). Allowing your opponents to hoard removal in any event is not beneficial to you.
You know they will get it back. Forcing them to kill it only make is more expensive. If you then use e-witness to get back your lignify and do it again. They will eventually make their general uncastable due to mana constraints.
While they will potentially have their general for less time with Mutation, the potential for a more general free lategame is more appealing to me.
My Sisay build runs That Which Was Taken to combo with the G & W Myojins, But also allows Sun Titan to survive Wrath of God and it then returns e-Witness which in turn gives me back WoG. You could in theory use a similar setup to recur lignify repeatedly and really annoy ppl.
IMO the main difference is one of play-value for late game boardstate vs immediate short-term value of temporary lockout. Sisay is rarely an instant win combo deck, but more of a long term grindy huge creature boardstate control and overwhelming force beatdown style deck. This means that temporary strategies usually fall in value to end-game strategies.
The Iona concept is valid, one of the reasons she is not in my 99 due to games against mill-reanimate plans. Sisay is especially weak to her being only 2 colors. IMO Iona without Painter's Servant is essentially useless. She has almost 0 consistency and doesn't do enough aside from her color lock out to make up for her outrageous cost. I love her in reanimator in 1v1 Legacy/Modern but as her buddy Painter is banned, she doesn't belong in group. But ppl love her and she can do good things, so I didn't suggest her as you were only looking for 2 cards.

Those are interesting things to try out, especially That Which Was Taken. It might be a little slow, but I can see how it could be really useful, even if I only have 1 Myojin. Main reason I have Iona is because the number of people I play against ranges from just 1 other person to massive games with 5+ people, so her mileage does vary, but I rarely tutor for her unless I'm really expecting someone to try and combo out. There are a few "instant" win combos in there though, 2 involing Living Plane and one involving Gaea's Cradle + Kamahl, Fist of Krosa + Staff of Domination so closing the game in a single turn is not super difficult with Sisay out.
I will consider switching Iona with some of the cards in the Living Wish sideboard as that definitely seems like a better place for her in a multiplayer game though. I really want to play around with That Which Was Taken now so I'll try to get my friend to test it with me.
I got the deck down to 100 cards by removing Stonecloaker though as he wasn't really pulling his weight, but he might find a way back in if removal proves to be too much of an issue. But then again, That Which Was Taken could also solve removal issues so I'll put that on the backburner for now.
Thanks for your awesome help _

Stonecloaker was on my short list of suggestions as well, but I figured you used him as a trick against boardwipe so he didn't make my suggestions.
Not a problem at all. Please check out some of my builds and let me know what you think.

Darksteel Mutation and Reki, the History of Kamigawa are my votes. I understand the Mutation is a way to O-ring generals without letting them recast you have few ways to search. Reki is card advantage in a deck that needs none. You are running a toolbox and additional card draw can be harmful.
