What's Your Shadowborn to Demon ratio?

I've been playing my Athreos, God of Passage deck, which is based around Shadowborn Apostle and a bunch of various demons. Its fine, but it feels kinda clunky, and I'd like to make it play, for lack of a better word, nicer. I'm currently running 29 Shadowborn Apostle and 17 demons.
The question is, to those of you who have a shaodwborn EDH deck, what is your ratio of Shadowborn Apostle that you find works?
I run 28:4 in my version, but should probably be at 29 or 30 Apostles.

I think since demons tend towards 5+ cmc more than 10 is just asking for trouble. The apostles can get them for "free" but you really don't want to be drawing the demons. Just choose a few of the heavy hitters and call it good. They probably won't be what ends most games anyways.

FormOverFunction I'd actually considered it early on, and with white it would have a lot of good anthem options, but there are just too many fun demons to play.
Mcat1999 A lot of fun options from the decklist, most of which I have in my pile of 'what I want to play but had to cut for my decksize'. Pitiless Plunderer did make it in however. I'm sticking with ramp vs cost reduction for the moment, even if I've on the extremely heavy side for demon count. In terms of playstyle, I'm kinda sitting on the fence and playing a bit of everything, so I can win either through Blood Artist or demons swinging or Liliana's Contract .
MurficWPN I agree that it should probably be closer to 30 for a guarantee of always hitting a few, I'm at 27 and will be testing to see if I need to add some back in or not.
DrukenReaps It is something I've had issues with in the past, drawing the demon I'd like to tutor for. I'm actually down on my demon count, even if its still a lot more then normal. I'll test over a few weeks and see how it works. Going through the deck for the first time in a while I found 38 lands and 0 ramp of any sort, so that's been fixed at least. (Not sure how I've played it for so long with no rocks to begin with.
Thanks again to everyone for the advice, I think I have it where I'll enjoy playing it more, but I won't know until i test it again.

How fun would it be to just have an all-apostle deck, maybe with a few Bad Moon effects, and just aggro your opponent to death while they worry about demons?
