I have a copy of Prosperity in my Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis EDH deck, but I am considering replacing that card with Cut a Deal, since I believe that the latter card is superior in the majority of situations, so what does everyone else say about that? Should I replace Prosperity with Cut a Deal?

Yes, I think Cut a Deal is better. It's lower to the ground, doesn't make your opponents draw as much, and is more cost-efficient. It also enables you to have more color flexibility with your draw.

TheOfficialCreator, that is very good, so I shall put that card into my deck!

Cut a Deal limits opponents draw while increasing yours based on each opponent. In commander, opponents drawing cards can set them up with a win. Where prosperity does well is in a rare instance where Jeska's Will is in hand and you can combo.

shadow63, that is a good card, but it has the same problem as Secret Rendezvous in that the opponent shall benefit from it more greatly than does the caster, and I wish to avoid that situation.
