Rules of Submission
- Decks must be submitted till Nov. 14th
- The decks must have the abbreviation SGRPC somewhere in the deck title.
- Post the deck link in comments like so: [ [deck-large:EXAMPLE] ]
- NO Changes to the decklists without telling me what the changes are!
- Submission cap is 32 decks. (Could be more, depending on how many are interessted.)
The Tournament

- Rounds will be best of three
- The winner will receive exclusive bragging rights and a custom banner proclaiming their victory! (Shoutout to DarksteelBadger for making an awesome banner!)

A question to all of you: Would you like to play out your own games (meaning this will be an actual tournament) or do you want me to play the decks for you?
I could stream those games/make videos about it and upload them. That would take lots of work though. :D

It would be hard to pull off though, since I'm in germany and up to 8 hours ahead. So when you go to sleep i start working. :D

I'd be interested in playing my own games, but we would need to find a medium that most people are comfortable with and have access to. Cockatrice would be my first answer.
November 2, 2016 12:20 p.m.
I was going to add Pithing Needle, but I decoded to just keep Azorius Arrester instead.
November 2, 2016 4:54 p.m.
I was thinking it would be you playing all of the decks, EpicFreddi, and this would be my preference, as Cockatrice and my computer do not get along...

How about this: after the deadline I'll make the matches and I leave it up to the players if they like to either play there own deck or let me play it.
November 2, 2016 5:28 p.m.
Biggest issue with Cockatrice is going to be scheduling around work, school, family, or whatever else everybody does regularly. I like the idea of letting the competitors choose, as long as both are willing to agree.

So on the 14th/15th I'll make the pairings and ask every player whether or not they like to play there own match. If one of them declines, I'll either play against that person or I'll play both decks myself.

In advance I will likely not be available to play games myself.

I'll link you regardless when the pairings are out, since I'm very bad at remembering things. :D

This sounds fun! Time to get my Simic brewing pants on!

Sure, everything that's within your color identity. So signets are a great idea.
November 3, 2016 3:54 p.m.
Can I request a change of -1 Seal of Doom, +1 Pithing Needle?
November 3, 2016 4:26 p.m.
I sure hope I'm not too late for this. Getting to work right away!

Hope you could pilot for me, I have quite a lot of things coming up because of being an academic team member, so I really don't think I'll have the time to play my matches.

As stated earlier, as soon as all the pairings are done I'll link all of you again. Then you can tell me weather or not you want to play your games.
November 7, 2016 10:22 a.m.
Anytime, EpicFreddi and CaptainLick.
Also, I'd be glad to open up my discord server to you guys for the tournement, if you'd like?

tappedout already has it's own discord, we could use that. I'd be easier I think, since many people are already on there.
November 7, 2016 10:51 a.m.
Ok, just thought I'd offer it up since it has multiple playtest rooms built in already.
