Don't forget to leave a comment to say what cards you would add in this! ;)
To answer Blood Moon, you could sideboard Destructive Revelry. The best part is, you won't even have to splash red for it (just have a forest in play or float a green mana in response). Maybe not the most effective answer, but too hilarious not to mention. It'd be more reliable than Erase, anyway, since you only have 1 Plains in the deck. Of course, Blood Moon isn't the only enchantment to worry about, so I don't know what you could remove for it.

Sideboard updated. Thanks for the tip Roccovsky, it's true that the Revelry is far more reliable in this situation! :D

In my opinion, Hedron Crab is so great it needs its own deck. Since I'm currently trying to create variations upon the landfall theme, I might create one for this little guy... I mean crustacean!
Also, I'm considering Lotus Cobra's return into the deck. It became a lil' bit slower since I removed it. ;)
Well, I'm still putting some new ideas that I might use in this deck here, take a look! It's still not good, so I've got a ton of work! Maybe in the end I'll be able to create the ultimate landfall deck, who knows? :D
Scapeshift on the third turn? How broken is that? Playtest
