This deck is totally committed to its theme of witches and curses, for better or worse. It came about when I was looking for a home for the Bogbrew Witch combo and remembered the curses also fit in with the witch theme.

The Jet Medallion is included to help bring out the curses earlier and seems like the sort of thing a witch would have.

The Ophiomancer is included to provide defense and to give the Bubbling Cauldron something else to cook. And yes it fits the theme because a witch would have snakes and an ophiomancer would be a form of witch.
