Janky U/R Splice onto Arcane deck I originally built for kitchen table games. Realized it was close to being Pauper-legal already, so here it is.

Every card either splices or is a target for splicing. Make tempo plays with Psychic Puppetry, Eye of Nowhere, and Consuming Vortex; card advantage comes from Reach Through Mists, Sift Through Sands, and Peer Through Depths; burn your opponent with Lava Spike and/or their creatures with Glacial Ray; then finish your opponent off with big Ire of Kaminari's.

Literally made by jamming all my Splice onto Arcane spells into a pile and adding lands.
