Added: The Meathook Massacre

Fumigate has always been a good card in this deck. Gaining mass amounts of life all while simultaneously wiping the board. Of course this probably kills our Karlov too, but the primary reason I ran this card is because of my play groups pesky token decks.

The Meathook Massacre on the other hand has the potential to wipe the board and leave Karlov alive. Acting as a Black Sun's Zenith almost. The upside here is that after it's done that it also acts as a second Blood Artist. It kills creatures, grows Karlov, and then sticks around to make sure we get even more value.
