I'm not sure you want more than 1 Cruel Ultimatum.

Also the deck does cycle a lot, but I still think you could use more card draw. Maybe more Esper Charm or some Think Twice? 1 Batterskull might be nice as another finisher with some lifegain.

For the SB, I'd probably cut Dreadbore. Terminate is instant speed and I don't think you should be too worried about walkers.
