Welcome to the world of Merfolk

This deck focuses on speed and overwhelming might. It also has a secondary function if the game is being dragged out.

The core of this deck is two fold. Lord of Atlantis is the first key. Some of you may think this is silly because not all of MTG is blue. However with the second key of either, Streambed Aquitects,Tideshaper Mystic or Aquitect's Will this decks true strength is revealed.

This deck focuses on the use of the generals such as Merfolk Sovereign and Merrow Reejerey to boost all the other merfolk, turning them from timid tuna to ferocious sharks. This effect of the generals, on each other and the other merfolk, ramps very quickly. It is also important to note that the generals bring more than just the +1/+1 mechanic to the game.

Combining this with with the core of the deck becomes frightful.

Example: With a Aquitect's Will having being used and 1x Merrow Reejerey, 2x Merfolk Sovereign and 1x Lord of Atlantis are in play each other merfolk get +4/+4 and each of the the generals all recieve +3/+3. Meaning if one other merfolk is in play, lets say a 1/1, the player now has 5- 5/5 that are unblockable.

The scondary trait of this deck revolves around Drowner of Secrets, Ink Dissolver and Merrow Commerce. It involves milling the enemy player double, cause at the end of your turn Merrow Commerce activate allowing you a second round of milling.
