Subbed in Night's Whisper, Painful Truths, and Phyrexian Arena for Blood Tribute, Guul Draz Assassin, and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad.
As discussed in the Weaknesses section, running out of gas is a real threat to the deck. In order to try and mitigate this, I cut a handful of under-performing cards and replaced them with some decent card draw spells.
