The deck is nice, but it doesnt have enough reliable ways to win. Even though Sphinx-Bone Wand is nice, it is pretty expensive for a deck without mana ramp and it is easily destroyed, and tickling opponent to death with Archaeomancer s is humuliating for the opponent, but unreliable.

I would suggest a bunch of Tome Scour s and Mind Sculpt s (if you put them under Isochron Scepter , you should be able to mill your opponent pretty quickly) or some creatures

Also the Extraplanar Lens seem a little bit useless in late game (unless they are the manaramp for wand and I misunderstood the deck )

Oh, and I am no expert in making blue decks, these are just some ideas that popped up in my head

Don't you still have to have mana to cast the Rite of Replication when the Archeomancer copy returns the the Rite to your hand.

True. I guess I really didnt understand this deck.

@ Kragmork: The Extraplanar Lens basically doubles your mana pool. I found that without it I'm rather short on mana and only when I get it, the deck really takes off and I can basically play what I want.It's slightly risky against other blue decks (since they also get the double effect on Islands) but then I can just steal one of their Islands to get a slightly bigger effect on the lens since I don't have to use one of my own.I added some text above to explain more on how to play the deck.
