I love effects like this: I'll almost always draw as many cards as Harmonize, it's instant speed, and I can chain huge draws with it. Rarely will this act as a combat trick.
I didn't immediately catch on to the value Torbran offers, and World Breaker is just too expensive for me to want very often. Moving away from value engine cards anyway: I want more explosive outcomes and this new Devil adds to that as well.
