added Liliana's Reaver as a win-con. since I will (hopefully) be clearing their board, he should be free to swing for some damage and tokens. If not, he gets to kill a creature and possibly trigger Skirsdag High Priest.

+2x Liliana's Reaver -1x Agent of the Fates -1x Wall of Frost

Something like Deadly Recluse would be good in this deck against fliers.

Recommending green cards in a blue/black deck is silly. You don't need reach deathtouch because you have so much removal already. The only fliers you have to worry about are hexproof ones. Sideboard in Glaring Spotlight if they have hexproof creatures. Triggering morbid can sometimes be hard since you mainly have exile and bounce. Don't forget that you can sacrifice the gold tokens. Royal Assassin won't help with Skirsdag High Priest since you need untapped creatures. You need more cheap heroic triggers that also give card draw.

@kingkwong card draw has been something i have been meaning to add. since most of the cards are low cost i often find myself topdecking earlier than my opponent. i also would like to find a good win-con. after i clear the field, there's nothing to do but attack with 1/1's and it gives my opponent too much time to get the cards they need. also been considering adding 2x Cyclonic Rift as it is useful both early and late game, and is effective vs hexproof and mass-token generators, against which this deck can struggle. Ill put in Sign in Blood for now but i will have to playtest a heroic draw. maybe something like Triton Fortune Hunter?

thanks for the suggestions! i'll add Glaring Spotlight to the sideboard

I use Hands of Binding in my unblockable deck. This might help you but it won't really help you trigger your own heroics but your Royal Assassin will love you for it.
