Deck has 2 restrictions: all cadrs are from Avatar set(without reprints), and each nonland card has some kind of bending on it. The closest to bracket 1 I ever built, hardest part is manafixing, usually I have to mull to as low as 4 cards to get 3-4 colours. But if I can cast my commander, all other cards in deck can draw with him on board, so it can actually play against bracket 3 decks if not foucused)
