I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid you can't do that.

Testing out a shared 75 with some folks on MTG Salvation in order to do better testing. Don't own all the parts yet so will have to save up for a couple of them.
what do you think of putting the resto kiki combo in? you only need to cut 4 cards

It dies too easily, and has more deckbuilding restrictions than Nahiri. Nahiri is good by herself, but Kiki is not.

in meliria match up it gives you a shot after they gain infinite life and your opponents dont expect you to play it and they tapout then you combo them also for your opponents its either kill nahiri or get comboed. also it helps race aggro decks. I see what your saying though, it does die to everything and is just a 5 mana 2/2 with haste by itself i just think it makes the deck a little bit better

I'd rather win against the majority of matchups and have a Nahiri to kill creatures and threaten the win against Melira decks than have a risky infinite combo which may not work.

Pretty good. They're very useful with Nahiri, for either fixing draws completely, or digging for a Nahiri. I much prefer them to Think Twice, even though TT works from the grave. Having 2 Anticipates makes them quite common, and with Snaps, you get a lot of digging power.

JexInfinite, how are the Cryptic Commands? I really like that card, being a perennial control player, but I'm fearing it is too slow for modern, or at least for what we are trying to do here, considering you already have the four Nahiri, the Harbinger and Supreme Verdict as four drops. Does it ever get stuck in your hand? I know a lot of folks playing similar decks have dropped the cryptics completely or just play one. Thoughts?

btreuther It rarely gets stuck in the hand, and it's still a great card. My list is slower than most and instead of running either Visions, I have 25 lands and the 2 Cryptics. It gives greater lategame power for a riskier early game. Having 7 4 drops is indeed a lot, and I would consider going down to 1 Cryptic, but I am unsure of what to run in that slot. Perhaps another Electrolyze is better. I'll test it out and see how that works.

JexInfinite: I see you put in Spell Queller, and I am liking that inclusion. It will be interesting to see how the it fares. Have you had a chance to test it? I've got a list that I'd like for you to take a look at that features that card, if you are interested.

btreuther Not had a chance to test it yet, been very busy lately. It's there purely for theoretical reasons of being a counterspell and a threat. I think it's going to end up being fine.
