MTG Combo: Lathliss, Dragon Queen + Scourge of Valkas

It's really only looking to hit a storm count of 4-6. The idea being that Lathliss, Dragon Queen + Scourge of Valkas turns into (2x*2x) damage, where x is the number of copies of Dragonstorm. At 4 copies, that's 64 damage.

Will Kenrith has done enough heavy lifting with his minus 2 that the deck hasn't really needed a lot of cantrips and free spells to hit that count, and so I've largely kept the spell-space flush with less combo-oriented cards.

I built it from cards I had lying around extra, at first, so there are spots I'm looking to upgrade as i get new cards. Dragonshift is cool and flashy, but doesn't do a lot relative to its cost without enough bodies or tokens that I'm probably already winning. Prophetic Bolt is just a little weaker than I'd like. Imprisoned in the Moon and Vance's Blasting Cannons  ^Flip are both good for what I wanted them to do, but in time I'd like to get them converted to Instants or Sorceries doing the same job.

I'll keep my eyes open for another card advantage planeswalker, but on Arcanis I ended up skipping him since the Niv Mizzets ended up doing a similar job while working a second angle
