Lands to add:

• Daru Encampment is a cheap Soldier supporting land, although not very powerful. I would avoid playing more than 2.

• Windbrisk Heights offers card advantage for a weenie deck that you are missing. But it enters tapped, so avoid playing too many.

• Abandoned Air Temple, Mutavault and Witch Enchanter are powerful, but not budget friendly.

Some Soldiers to consider:

• Kinscaer Sentry is most of the time better than Preeminent Captain. While turn 2 Ballyrush Banneret may accelerate you faster, you never want to have a second copy as it's not doing anything. I suggest splitting to 2 Ballyrush Banneret and 2 Kinscaer Sentry.

• Dawnwing Marshal offers evasion and acts as a mana sink in long game. 1 or 2 may be useful.

• Descendant of Storms, Kytheon, Hero of Akros, Recruitment Officer, Skymarcher Aspirant and Soldier of the Pantheon are all strictly better than Elite Vanguard that you have in the sideboard.

• Gideon Blackblade is a Soldier. It offers a way to avoid being wrecked by board wipe. If you don't plan to block, it may be less useful.
