Invasion of Amonkhet
Battle — Siege
(As a Siege enters, choose an opponent to protect it. You and others can attack it. When it's defeated, exile it, the cast it transformed.)
When Invasion of Amonkhet enters the battlefield, each player mills three cards, then each opponent discards a card and you draw a card. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)

Simple set up. I'm defending Invasion of Amonkhet Flip or whatever, the exact battle doesn't matter. I don't want it to be "killed" too quickly, so I throw an Indestructibility on it.
Atraxa's Fall can't destroy it, that one's easy. The exile and transform is a triggered ability going off when the last counter is removed, but is the "defeat" any sort of destroy effect? What happens when the last counter is removed from an indestructible battle?
