Assume that on the battlefield I control a pair of creatures that untap whenever I cast a spell such as Cinder Pyromancer + Thermo-Alchemist , or Paradox Engine and at least two creatures.
I then cast a spell with conspire such as Burn Trail and would like to pay the conspire cost.
Does the stack resolve in a way that leaves me with a spell, a copy of a spell, and two untapped creatures?

Aftershock might interest you: still triggers your commander. Burn Trail can trigger multiple times. Staggershock, Flare, and Zap are all efficient as well.
