Suspend with Jeleva

I am trying to construct a deck with Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge as my commander. I want to implement the cards Inevitable Betrayal and Blue Sun's Twilight, but I am not sure how the keyword "Suspend" and X mana cost work if either card is exiled with Jeleva. Could someone help me determine how these spells would resolve in a game?

For Inevitable Betrayal, it would just cast it. Even if you had to pay the mana, you would pay 0.
For X-spells, X will always be 0. In Blue Sun's Twilight case, good for Ornithopter but not much else.
