Bello, Bard of the Brambles
Legendary Creature — Raccoon Bard
During your turn, each non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment you control with converted mana cost/mana value 4 or greater is a 4/4 Elemental creature in addition to its other types and has indestructible, haste and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card."

Calamity, Galloping Inferno will make copies of the cards exactly as they're printed, so animation effects won't be copies. However, since the copies will still have the original mana value, Bello, Bard of the Brambles's ability will apply to them making them enter as creatures. Since they are entering as creatures there's nothing keeping them from entering attacking. If you did not control Bello when Calamity's ability resolved you could not choose to make copies of City on Fire because you must choose a creature that saddled it, and City on Fire would be a noncreature enchantment that saddled it. If City on Fire were animated by a different effect like One with the Stars you would still be able to chose it, but the tokens would enter tapped and not attacking (since they wouldn't be creatures in that scenario).
TL;DR - Yes, the copies will enter tapped and attacking due to the animation effect being a static ability that will apply to the tokens rather than a 1-shot effect only effecting specific permanents.

I control Bello, Bard of the Brambles which turns all my enchantments/Artifacts with mana value 4 or greater into indestrubtible 4/4s with haste. I saddle Calamity, Galloping Inferno with e.g. City on Fire. I'm certain I get two token copies of City on Fire but will they enter tapped and attacking (as long as I still control Bello, Bard of the Brambles when they enter? My guess is yes but I want to know the rules in case my playgroup wants to know why it works.

Late realization but Bello, Bard of the Brambles will probably work well with Impending creatures, since I imagine a lot of them will have an MV over 4.
You can do stuff like
T3 Bello
T4 Overlord of the Hauntwoods, make a land on ETB, then make another on attack.
Not quite like a three-mana Explosive Vegetation since you can't cast it on-curve, but still pretty good.

Bello, Bard of the Brambles Has the look of something different for for once. The power level is pretty amped up on that one as well. That will be a GOOD option for a commander for an aggressive enchantress shell outside of the usual Selesnya faire. Beyond that, he works in some other archetype shells too.
This dude has an aggressive CMC to boot.
