Like KongMing is pointing out, there are likely weak links within this list that could be replaced with better cards, but it's dependent on whether or not you wish to remain within Mono-White.

For instance, I have a Mono-Green list like "Can I Pet that Dog?" which takes advantage of a few cards I mentioned before. I think personally you should consider either Finneas, Ace Archer to gain access to green and allow you some more wide-spread answers/tutoring capabilities, or alternatively I think Cadira, Caller of the Small could also be a good representative for what I perceive to be your flavor/thematic choices.

My last commander recommendation is Baylen, the Haymaker in order to have access to a three-color shard. Best of luck!

With Baylen, the Haymaker being Naya and {GW} being the Bloomburrow rabbit colours, {G}{W}{U} would be an enemy version. A Bant villain seems super-unusual, I kinda dig that.

I have replaced Temple Bell with Baylen, the Haymaker, because he (is Baylen male or female?) has amazing synegry with this deck.
