Fungus Sliver
Creature — Fungus Sliver
All Sliver creatures have "Whenever this creature is dealt damage, put a +1/+1 counter on it." (The sliver being dealt damage must survive the damage to get the counter put on it.)

Pulmonic Sliver recycles slivers on death and gives flying, but has a high CMC. Poultice Sliver grants regen, which is handy. Thorncaster Sliver, Bonescythe Sliver, Quilled Sliver, Essence Sliver, Fungus Sliver are all fun. it really just depends on how high you are willing to go with your mana curve. for any tribal deck, i always recommend Door of Destinies to give the extra "thump"

If you're wanting to play combo slivers, you should look into outlet cards like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Zulaport Cutthroat and Blood Artist who form a combo with your commander and Basal Sliver, Ashnod's Altar or Mana Echoes (which you should add). Cutthraot and artist don't work with Mana Echoes however are still good enough to run. The other slivers you should look ata running are Dormant Sliver and Necrotic Sliver.
You don't need Darkheart Sliver, Ghostflame Sliver, Fungus Sliver or Mistform Sliver. They don't do enough to wanrrant a slot. You should however look at including Nature's Lore, Farseek, Skyshroud Claim, Birds of Paradise, Deathrite Shaman (assuming you have fetches) and Noble Hierarch (depending on budget).

Hmm...so this is a pet peeve of mine so take it worth a grain of salt but -always make your deck description as detailed as possible. As I'm looking at your deck and what you wrote here my only guess is that your game plan is to swing wide, and swing often. However, your deck doesn't seem to exactly have alot of focus to that end. You include some slivers with parasitic mechanics and/or (in my opinion) don't function well when there is only a "one of":
These Slivers are bad inclusions in an EDH deck because their abilities don't have much direct interaction with the other creatures in your deck. Additionally, when there is only one copy of them out on the battlefield their presence doesn't really make much of an impact - case in point Frenzy Sliver. With only one in play, your Slivers will only deal +1/+0 if they get through. That's it. If you had 4, that changes dramatically to +4/+0 - forcing the opponent to always block if possible. Can you honestly say that there is a situation where you would want to tutor for one of the previously mentioned creatures? Again, this is all my own opinion - but I would cut these Slivers for additional spells or permanents that could support you, but more on that later.
The inclusion of non-slivers is a bad choice given your commander. Overlord is designed to enable you to tutor for whatever answer you need. If that answer isn't a Sliver and is a creature - then what's the point of having Overlord as your commander? Speaking of lack of inclusions - why not have Amoeboid Changeling? It's a Sliver, and it interacts directly with Overlord's 2nd ability enabling you to steal enemy commanders. That's more of a control oriented play, but is a Overlord staple.
I'm starting to think that maybe you should swap out commanders for ether Sliver Hivelord or Sliver Legion. Your deck, as it is currently built seems to support a more aggro playstyle - which is completely viable within Slivers. Including the previously mentioned, I would cut the following cards:
- Reflex Sliver - This is an exceptionally horrible card. Never use this. Ever.
- Spitting Sliver - This is also an awful card.
- Hunter Sliver - This card is only relevant if you have both Striking/Bonescythe Sliver + Venom Sliver OR Sliver Legion on the board.
- Belligerent Sliver - Menace is okay, but the more CMC efficient version is Two-Headed Sliver. Again in my opinion, this is only relevant with Striking/Bonescythe Sliver + Venom Sliver OR Sliver Legion on the board.
Now, what cards do I think you could use?:
- Aphetto Dredging - Another possible (and budget!) option for recursion.
- Shared Animosity - Feels like more of a "win more" card, but it's a one sided aggro Coat of Arms. Worth trying in my book
- Door of Destinies - In tribal, an absolute beast of a card. Definitely worth trying out.
- Herald's Horn - a cheaper Urza's Incubator that lets you Scry. A great include, but if you also have a Urza's Incubator, then why not both?
- Synapse Sliver - if you're going to be attacking alot, why not try and get some cards out of it?
- Blur Sliver - infinitely better than Reflex Sliver. Why would you not choose this over that?
- Magma Sliver - A Sliver that compliments a more aggressive play style. Great for getting past pesky Propagandas and Ghostly Prisons.
- Armageddon - this is only of use to you when you have a "Soft Lock" on the board in the form of Gemhide Sliver and say - Sliver Hivelord + Crystalline Sliver. Losing lands would be a minor setback for you - a major one for your opponents.
- Diabolic Tutor - it's a budget Demonic Tutor. What else can I say?
- Enlightened Tutor - a bit on the pricey side, but having more tutor options is never wrong.
- Triumph of the Hordes - an alternate wincon for a deck that likes to swing wide. Worth including if you can afford it.
- Horned Sliver - Trample. For a deck that wants to swing wide, sometimes you just need trample.
Sorry to write you a whole book lol, but those were my thoughts. Please let me know what you think and when your tournament is. I look forward to your response! Also, here's a +1 for you!

Forgot to add the changes that I made with my mentor. We added 2x Manaweft Sliver, added 2x Aether Vials, and removed the dead weight cards (Fungus Sliver), added more Striking Sliver, and more Galerider Sliver to get the fast aggro in. Switched Thorncaster Sliver to sideboard to try in the Homing Sliver. Thanks itachi45!

First, i'd like to say that it'd be my pleasure to help you streamline your deck. So what you're seeking is efficiency, cutting the number of slivers that are redundant, or don't contribute as much...okay...i'll make some cases for what you can cut and place them into "must cut" and "maybe cut" depending on your meta and what direction you'd want to take your deck in.
Must Cut
Constricting Sliver: The cost simply isn't worth it. CMC 6 for a 3/3 that can only exile creatures is really underwhelming.
Fungus Sliver: I understand this guy can combo with Thorncaster Sliver, and make your slivers a bit more resilient, but i'd prefer to include Muscle Sliver over this guy. Or nothing at all.
Darkheart Sliver: Only useful against mass removal events. Basically, he's just meant to kind of discourage them. Outside of that, CMC 2 for a 2/2 isn't bad. Doesn't contribute much past that though. You can cut this.
Two-Headed Sliver: Why bother when you have Shifting Sliver AND Galerider Sliver in the deck?
Hunter Sliver: Provoke is interesting, but I don't think this guy belongs given your current general. Sliver Overlord is the control oriented sliver general (Queen is combo, Legion/Hivelord are aggro). Hunter is neat, but he doesn't fit.
Lymph Sliver: No. Just no. On top of being a CMC 5 cost for a paltry 3/3, Absorb is a joke of an ability at best. It's a neat? concept but even Wizards just outright abandoned it after they thought it up. Lymph is literally THE ONLY card in all of magic to have that ability...which is awful.
Sidewinder Sliver: This guy is only any good when there are more than one. Since flanking is a triggered ability it stacks. That means with 4 sidewinders in play all creatures without flanking who are getting blocked by slivers get -4/-4. But with only 1 sidewinder, a measly -1/-1 will hardly stop anything. Especially in EDH.
Thorncaster Sliver:Has neat synergy with Venom Sliver. Outside of that, it seems to be too niche of an ability to make much of an impact. CMC 5 for a 2/2 makes it an auto removal in my opinion. You have better things to spend your mana on.
Maybe cut:
Clot Sliver: Personally, i'd slot in Sedge Sliver over this guy, due to the fact that you do have swamp typed lands, but I can see why you'd keep him given your deck's current configuration.
Root Sliver: Inclusion of this sliver is highly dependent on your meta. If you face counter happy decks on the regular, then definitely a must include. But if are only seeing counterspells once every blue moon (like me) then this card isn't worth the permanent slot. Keep in on the sideboard.
Telekinetic Sliver: A neat sliver, but i'd say it's highly dependent on where you want your deck to go. If you were running something like Mind Over Matter or Paradox Engine I could see this being very interesting...but just putting it in...(giggity) doesn't seem all that worthwhile. But that's just me.
Toxin Sliver: Has a very quirky and weird triggered ability that is NOT deathtouch. My problem with this guy though, is that he's a CMC 4 for a 3/3. Good synergy with Thorncaster Sliver, but not all too useful in a control oriented sliver deck. If you were going aggro? That'd be a different story.
Ward Sliver: I have mixed feelings about this one. CMC 5 for a 2/2 is an automatic no, but protection from a color of your choice can be outright amazing depending on the situation. Use your best judgement on this one, but really take a moment and examine what direction you want your deck to go in.
Hope my thoughts gave you some guidance on where you want to go with your deck. I'll definitely keep watching to see where it goes...keep on slivering my friend. Oh, and +1 for ya!
