Godhead_Initiated, all lands are legal and are not given limitations in any way (for the moment)
Wasablime, sundering titan is legal because its converted mana cost is above 7

HR19 No lands are banned or have limitations... for now. It does seem OP for this, but it's not necessarily a must. I think that would depend more on your playgroup than anything else. In my playgroup we don't really use anything like that and aim to find other forms of ramp.

Mana rocks are simple and have no other abilities aside from giving mana, while mana dorks can attack and do other things, making them illegal because they are creatures under 7 cmc.
epajula Yes, cards with X must be paid with seven mana total.
Ill try to update the rulings to see if I can make things clearer.

brewtzar You can have as much or as little of each color that you want, but I would say that as long as you have no less than a playset of a single color, it counts as two-color. Colorless, of course, does not count as a color, but may be included. After the game that I played tonight using my friend's deck for this format, I will definitely be looking into more white cards to add for better defense against my other friend's deck.

I understand that this is super late (I'm after you in the tribal deck advertisement post), but I decided to do more than a typical deck critique-- I decided to put this together and test it out in a game or two. All in all, it's a good deck, a little slow if you don't get the more preferable cards out, but good. I was 4 or 5 cards short, so I threw in a few Clock of DOOOOOOOOOOOOM! to make up for it. I lost the first game, but that was mostly because my friend pulled an infinite combo out of his ass (irritating to say the least) but the second game I won due to a beautiful match-up of Buzz Buggy, Guest List, Head Banger, and Neural Network all on the same crank. It took two rounds of that to take him out, but it worked well. The only issue I found was the mixture of watermark effects and figuring out what I could apply to each card.
Anyway, +1, it was a deck that was worth my time.
