Opalescence is on and I try to then play Humility, what happens?

Please check the gatherer rulings before asking a question. At this point the question is so classic they straight up answer it there.

This is the current interaction between Humility and Opalescence: The type-changing effect applies at layer 4, but the rest happens in the applicable layers. The rest of it will apply even if the permanent loses its ability before it's finished applying. So if Opalescence, Humility, and Worship are on the battlefield and Opalescence entered the battlefield before Humility, the following is true: Layer 4: Humility and Worship each become creatures that are still enchantments. (Opalescence). Layer 6: Humility and Worship each lose their abilities. (Humility) Layer 7b: Humility becomes 4/4 and Worship becomes 4/4. (Opalescence). Humility becomes 1/1 and Worship becomes 1/1 (Humility). But if Humility entered the battlefield before Opalescence, the following is true: Layer 4: Humility and Worship each become creatures that are still enchantments (Opalescence). Layer 6: Humility and Worship each lose their abilities (Humility). Layer 7b: Humility becomes 1/1 and Worship becomes 1/1 (Humility). Humility becomes 4/4 and Worship becomes 4/4 (Opalescence).

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Ice Cauldron, Surge Node and Voltaic Key are on the battlefield.

What happens if I put say 5 mana on Ice Cauldron, put an additional charge counter on Ice Cauldron then add mana for the spell, Voltaic Key and try to add mana again? do I get a total of 10 mana, however noted from the Ice Cauldron?

I have two things to say before I answer the question. First new questions should be asked in separate posts. Second you are an evil person. :)

You will get the mana twice. This is based on the current errata. In the past Ice Cauldron has had many different erratas so it may change. The current gatherer rulings aren't very useful. Honestly it looks as though wizards kinda forgot about Ice Cauldron so the rules don't make a lot of sense. One last thing, don't trust how Ice Cauldron works on MODO because the card has never really worked correctly there.

@lordoftheshadows Ill make sure future questions are in a new post, I have an additional question for Ice Cauldron.

Say you are playing Commander Format. You have your commander in hand and you choose to exile it with Ice Cauldron. If you then choose to move it to the command zone, being that it is still the last card that was exiled with Ice Cauldron can you still spend the mana from the second activated ability to cast your commander? If you could continually add more charge counters, could you add the mana for every future cast?

For the point of this argument, Lets say Vorel of the Hull Clade is your commander.

Ok. This one is a lot easier to answer.

This is doesn't work. Ice Cauldron says to only spend the mana on the last card exiled by its ability. However, your commander was never exiled. There is a replacement effect that replaces the exiling with moving the creature to the command zone. So you can't spend the mana because nothing was ever exiled with Ice Cauldron.

@lordoftheshadows What if It was exiled with Ice Cauldron and then later moved to the command zone via removal, or to hand from battlefield ect?
