Unhinged Booster Tutor

If I were to cast Booster Tutor and crack a pack of Antiquities, could I retrieve and use Bronze Tablet, to take my opponent's cards?

Only if you're playing for ante.
The oracle text for Bronze Tablet includes "Remove Bronze Tablet from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante."

"407.1. Earlier versions of the Magic rules included an ante rule as a way of playing for keeps. Playing Magic games for ante is now considered an optional variation on the game, and it's allowed only where it's not forbidden by law or by other rules. Playing for ante is strictly forbidden under the Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules."

I think the closest thing to a official ruling for this would be this article by MaRo:

Booster Tutor

Can I get a booster of any _Magic_ expansion?

Any printed booster? Yes. Sorry, no online virtual boosters allowed.

Even a booster from an expansion not legal in the format I'm playing?

Yes. This card allows you to bring "illegal" cards into play. So, go ahead and crack that "Alpha" booster.

So, it would seem that the answer is yes but since you're playing in the strange, lawless, non-official land of an Un-set, I think the real answer is "if everyone who is playing agrees to it, it's legal".

Assuming you managed to talk your opponent into Un-cards being legal, and managed to have a Bronze Tablet in the booster you open, you could indeed exchange ownership of two cards (or, attempt to, as your opponent could possibly pay 10 life to prevent you from doing so). What Panzerforge said is not really applicable in my opinion, as the card (Bronze Tablet) doesn't start the game in your deck, and nothing other than the very purposeful rules of Un-editions not being allowed prevents you from adding the card to your deck after the fact.

I very much would encourage a group that did make the mistake and allow un-cards to not base this on player preference (as Lame_Duck mentioned - really, what would happen is you saying you should get your opponent's cards, and they would disagree, while really nothing in the world of rules speaks against you.
Of course, I might be wrong with that assumption, in which case someone will hopefully correct me, but what I'm saying is that you should favor a solution based on rules, not on player's voting for rules. MtG doesn't work very well that way.

Also, real men use Arabian Nights boosters!

The problem is that so many of the things Unglued and Unhinged cards do aren't clearly defined or supported by the actual rules of the game. You just have to wave your hands around and pretend everything works. If players choose to start a game that allows Un-cards, they need to be prepared to come up with creative solutions for unexpected interactions.

In this particular situation, I think it really depends on whether or not the players had already agreed to start the game with the Ante rules variant. If so, then the cards should be fine to change ownership. If not, then the players need to come to some kind of agreement on whether the change in ownership is "permanent" or just until the end of the current game/session/week/etc. If the players can't agree then I think the default should be "until end of game".

Everything you suggested is allowed within the Un-Rules, but your opponent can easily stop you if they aren't willing to trade cards. The first is what the card allows, which is simply paying 10 life. If they don't have this much life though there is the second option of just conceding. Leaving the game causes the ability to fizzle (or the game to end, depending on how many players are left). Ultimately the rules are with you, but provide the out of picking up their things and leaving.
